After interviewing 3 realtors, we listed our home with Leslie Prinz of the Orchid Group. It was a great decision! Listing our home for sale in the middle of a pandemic was risky and scary. But within 4 weeks we had a contract! We attribute this success solely to Leslie. First, she encouraged us to list the home despite what we perceived to be a bad time to list. She said true buyers (versus lookers) would still want to buy a home. Second, to protect us she made sure only qualified buyers would be allowed into our home. Third, she followed up with people who looked at our home to obtain feedback and answer any questions they had. Leslie knew Village Walk extremely well and when people said they were looking at other Village Walk homes, Leslie was able to point out any significant differences such as the fact that our home was constructed with masonry cinder block filled with concrete versus the other models that were of wood framed construction. As a result of Leslie's knowledge of the real estate industry and Village Walk specifically, as well as her tenacity, we were able to get a contract on our home quickly despite the COVID-19 pandemic. We were grateful we hired Leslie for the job and we highly recommend her to anyone in the Southwest Florida area.
